MyEGov Member Login
Upon the use of this website’s application services, member registration at MyEGov is pre-requisite, with instructions as follows:

 
(1) Enter MyEGov website, click on 「Join Us!」 on the right menu pane to enter the member registration webpage, and input user information (fields with「*」are required).
(2) Please select your username and password [includes username, passwrd, confirmed password]
(3) Please provide your basic information [includes Chinese name, email, confirmed email(verify email address, the system will send user confirmation to this email), nickname]
(4) Confirm registration [Please input security check code]
(5) Click on "Create my account" button to agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

Choose a process item in One-stop Services

 
(1) Company Names that have not yet applied for Pre-inspection (Only for Limited and Co)
 

Can simultaneously apply for company name pre-inspection, company setup registration, business registration, labor health insurance unit coverage setup and filing of company’s internal work regulation.

(2) Companies that have not yet applied for registration(Only for Limited and Co that have passed pre-inspection audit)
 

Already passed pre-inspection audit can simultaneously apply for company setup registration, business registration, labor health insurance unit coverage setup and filing of company’s internal work regulation.

(3) Those that already finished company setup registration, and are to setup labor health insurance unit coverage
 

Already finished company setup registration and staff hiring and to setup labor / pension / health insurance unit coverage; to setup the health insurance coverage without hired staffs yet.

(4) Those that already finished company setup registration, and are to file company’s internal work regulations for approval (with 30 or more employees)
 

Already finished company setup registration and already hired 30 and above number of employees, reports to local labor administrative authorities to request for approval.

(5) Local companies that completed company registration may apply for basic modification on company registration.
(6) Foreign companies that completed company registration may apply for recognition (change) of foreign company and registration (change) of branch office.
(7) Stakeholders, or any person may apply for inspection and photocopying requests.

Fill up online request form

 

According to the selected process within One-stop Services, fill up the corresponding basic case information and business request information, including company name pre-inspection, company setup registration, business registration, labor and health insurance unit coverage setup, filing of company’s internal work regulations and change of company registration.

4.

Verifying and Saving Requested Information

 

After filling up the requested information, applicants will be asked to review the keyed in information in a read only page. If there are errors in the keyed in information, it is allowed to go back to the previous page to make revisions. After the information is confirmed without errors, saving the data would let you proceed to the next processing step while a One-stop Service Electronic Case Number will be generated. Online applicants can follow up pending requests status with the use of One-stop Service Electronic Case Number.

5. Link through electronic payment service: Online Payments
 

Company name pre-inspection requests, company setup registration requests and change of company registration requests are required to pay fees, either through financial account, ATM card or credit card.

Cases will be forwarded to the corresponding agencies for processing

  This website converges and integrates data with relevant ministries, wherein it records request case information and online payment data. Application data are electronically transmitted to related business units, while each unit sends up-to-date cases progress information feedback to this website, which acts as the direct window for case progress status inquiry.
7.

Make ready to send documents to specific business servicing window

 

Subject to related legislative restrictions, some case requests must prepare and process printout documents having the company’s seal. The website provides downloadable document forms with the address bar printed on the sheets. Applicants must send the documents, after preparing them, to the relevant business units.

8.

Case application progress alert through SMS or email notification

 

This website will send SMS or email notifications to applicants to inform of any case progress, such as when case is sent to relevant agencies or when each unit sends up-to-date cases progress information feedback. On the event of company setup registration approval is the company business accounting number and company name confirmed. Upon approval, this website will send SMS or email notification, alerting applicants to return to this website to download and printout relevant documents to complete the application process.

9.

Case Status Inquiry at any stage

 

After case request information has been confirmed and saved, the applicant may use the computer generated One-stop Service Electronic Case Number with the case status inquiry function of this website to check the current progress of the case, or directly contact the customer service hotline of relevant agencies.
